Currently based in The
Turks & Caicos Islands.
Joined Johnston (UK) in
1971 straight from university. Appointed Area Manager Turks &
Caicos in 1987. Appointed Managing Director of Johnston
International & Hadsphaltic International in 1994, based in Turks
& Caicos since 1995.
Mr. Biffen is a graduate
of Swansea University (Wales) 1971 with an honours degree in Civil
Engineering, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Chartered
Engineers and member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Mr. Biffen has thirty
years construction industry experience both in the UK and overseas
including over fourteen years in senior management positions.
