Mr. Forrest joined BHI
Corporation (a NASDAQ listed company) as CEO in 1996. In 1999, he
led the management buy out by Oxford Ventures of certain of the
former BHI businesses.
Prior to joining BHI, Mr.
Forrest spent five years as Chief Operating Officer with the
Christiani & Nielsen group of companies based in Thailand,
Denmark and the UK. He had previously held a number of senior
management positions with international, publicly listed groups,
including ten years with the Swiss Losinger Group as Regional
Manager, Asia, based in Hong Kong.
Mr. Forrest is a graduate
of Western Australia Institute of Technology 1970 with an
Associateship in engineering and is a Chartered Member of The
Institute of Engineers, Australia. He has more than 30 years
experience in Civil Engineering and Building Construction.
