Dwayne Gardiner

Dwayne was born in the Bahamas Islands and went to school in North Caicos in the Turks and Caicos Islands and also in the Bahamas.

Dwayne joined the Johnston International team as a trainee Site Engineer, based on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands, in February of 1990. Following a very successful first two years Dwayne was selected for sponsorship to study for an HND in Building Studies at the Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK.

On completion of his first year at the University Dwayne's tutors recommended that he should convert to a full degree course in Construction Management.

Dwayne graduated in July 1995 with a BSc in Construction Management. Since graduation Dwayne has worked for Johnston International in St.Kitts for three years and in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Dwayne has progressed steadily through the ranks dutring his career and is currently assigned as Senior Project Manager on the new Auditorium Sport Centre in downtown Providenciales.

Rondell Robinson

Between 1994 and 2001 Rondell attended the St. Leonard's Boys Secondary School in Barbados. He then went on to study at the Barbados Community Colledge. During his vacations Rondell worked on construction sites and cultivated an interest in the building industry. Follwing his graduation in 2003 Rondell joined Johnston International as a trainee Site Engineer. Following his first year it be came evident that Rondell was a candidate for the Johnston International University Sponsorship scheme. Rondell commenced study on his Bachelors in Construction Management at the University of the West of England in 2004. Rondell is scheduled to graduate in 2007. During his vacations he joins the Johnston International team on various constrution site in Barbados.
