Johnston International has enjoyed a successful record of
achievement in the retail sector having completed supermarkets, retail
stores and an automobile show room. We work closely with our clients to
insure scheduled handovers to correspond with our client's set-up and
lead times to opening.
It is always our goal to work
closely with the developer and the retailer, appreciating their needs
as well as recognizing the importance of maintaining good relations
with the local community during construction.
In June of 2005 Johnston International
were awarded the Chancery Lane commercial development in
Trinidad by the Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago.
This development comprises a total built area of 356,000 square feet
with 74,000 square feet of retail space.
The first stage of the tender for this landmark development involved a Design and Build competition that was won by the Johnston International team.
