The new Johnston International Property Development, Leeward Landings, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands









Johnston International operates as property developer in our own right and also as a General Contractor in conjuction with our sister property development company Leeward Limited who are headquartered at the Leeward Marina in Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The Leeward Landings II Development as detailed above is currently on the drawing board and we are anticipating the mobilization of construction activities in October of 2005.
The project will comprise a total of 80 residential units served by swimming pools, a tennis court, gymnasium, jacuzzi  and other ammenities. The site is located just five minutes from the beautiful white sands on Pelican beach and a similar distance from the new Leeward Marina Development.
