The project scope included the construction of a supermarket with a floor area of 26,469 square feet with all MEP services, internal finishes and external works and car parking areas. This supermarket has been the number one retail facility on Providenciales since it opened in 1996. Johnston international have subsequently constructed an extension at to this facility for the new owners.
