Project Overview:

The project scope included the design and construction of the first block of 4 number townhouses. The total scheme was designed to contain 10 number blocks together with roads, sidewalks, a tennis court and a large swimming pool. In addition to the construction works the projct included landscaping nd irrigation works.

Construction Schedule:

The cntract commenced on the 16 February 2001 with a contract durationof 12 months. The project was delivered 6 weeks early.

Estimate Methodology:

Negotiated on an open book basis directly with the Client.

Package Strategy:

The project was divided into two main subcontract packages the building works and the services and supervised by a strong Johnston International management team.
