Joined BHI Corporation in
Turks & Caicos April 1997, with a temporary relocation to Belize
from August 1997 to June 1998. Continued on as Group Financial
Controller after the acquisition by Oxford Ventures.
A graduate of Greenwich
University (England) 1987 with a first class honours degree in
Business Studies and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
Mr. Breeze trained with
Clark Whitehill (Chartered Accountants), London, England and spent
five years in the auditing profession. Mr. Breeze has held positions
as Financial Controller with two publicly listed groups, most
recently in Vietnam with an international construction group.
Prior to graduating, Mr.
Breeze spent a number of years in various finance positions in a
variety of industry sectors, mostly overseas, in the Middle East and
North America.
