Turks & Caicos Islands.
Joined Johnston (UK) in
1990 from another British general building contractor. Appointed
Chief Quantity Surveyor of Johnston International & Hadsphaltic
International in 1994 and Commercial Director in 1998, based in Turks
& Caicos since 1995.
A graduate of Leeds
University (England) 1984 with an honours degree in Quantity
Surveying, a Chartered Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors and a Member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Mr. Collier has over
seventeen years construction industry experience, both in the UK and
overseas. As well as a background in Construction Cost and
Commercial Law, he has detailed knowledge of British, American and
International forms of contract for various types of
client/contractor/sub-contractor relationships.
